1 ½ lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup Glaze
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a sheet pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
